Forgotten Dream of Cats and Someone Watching

Dream, 2011: I found a cat’s crudely severed head and another cat (still alive) that had clearly been stabbed multiple times. Both had been cleaned and laid on my parents’ doorstep. There was no blood.  I told my wife to call the RSPCA then the police. As she did so, I stroked the stabbed cat and had the distinct impression that whoever had done this was watching me…
