The Tragedie of Betty & Diane
Two women, both alike in mystery
In UNfair Hollywood, where we lay our scene
From ancient dream break to new mutiny
Where civil blood makes civil hands UNCLEAN.
From forth the fatal hearts of these two bedfellows
A pair of star-cross’d lovers take their life
Whose misadventured piteous overthrows
Do with their death bury their dream-ed strife.
